Registration Forms
There are 2 separate player registration forms for the tournament. One for Social Division and one for Upper Division. Please click on the button below for your player division. You will be take to the form for you to register.
You are registering for a full team of 2 people on the form, so only one person needs to register for the team, but information needs to be submitted for both team players.
Each Upper Division player must be indivually registered for a ticket before the event. Upper Division players will randomly be paired with a partner.
